He took the time to show me five trucks throughout the day all while being patient as I can be a very picky person, especially when it comes to a purchase of this size, I visited gm and ford dealers as well and Jordan absolutely got me the best truck for my money, Sean in financing was able to provide me with an excellent interest rate and payment terms that worked for me. if your in the market for a new truck Londonderry dodge should absolutely be your first stop, I absolutely love my new truck and am very happy with the terms , while most dealers blew me off for being young Londonderry dodge treated me with respect and I never felt pressured to make a deal, even after looking st five different trucks. Dishonest practices. Avoid this repair shop. I went to this dealership last week for the dodge "peace of mind" inspection as I had concerns regarding my vehicle's alignment. I spent 4 1/2 hours I went to this dealership last week for the dodge "peace of mind" inspection as I had concerns regarding my vehicle's alignment. I spent 4 1/2 hours there waiting for the results. When the report came back, there was a 1968.00 quote attached to it for the work that would be needed to correct the alignment problem. I took the car this week to Kal Tire to have the work done and was informed that , other than having a few things tightened, no parts needed to be replaced and the alignment was done for 127.00. The entire quote was for work that didn't need to be done. I believe that this was a deliberate attempt to rip me off and then this is common practice at Londonderry Dodge. Shame on them. I will never deal with them again and will let everyone I know about these crooks. More

Money grab I came in because a light on - said my after factory seats were improperly installed - warranty does not cover this. Used truck purchase Phoned in to inquire about a 3500 Ram that we saw on the internet. Danny took our call and told us it was still on the lot. He sent us a walk around video of the truck within about 20 minutes of the call that we could view on the i-phone. I mentioned that it would be about 2days before we could get to town to see the truck. We made arrangements to put a deposit on the truck via e-transfer and made an appoitment to view. When we arrived the truck was parked right in front of the building with a sign hanging from the rearview mirror. It had our name on it and and notation "sold". It looked great. On the test drive the "check engine" light came on. We were able to make a deal for the unit and it the repair was made. I found Danny in Used Sales to be excellent to deal with, polite and no BS. Worked out a deal in about 15 minutes that suited us. Signed the deal in the sales managers office and we were on our way. More

Worst dealer I bought a dodge ram 1500 used for this dealer. The second day after having it the engine light came on . I took it in and they told me it needed a computer update which was a lie cause the next day the light came back on and I took it to a respect mechanic and the code was for the EGR valve which I had to pay to fix my self. Also the fog light they did replace was held on by two threads of the two bolt outta four that were in there and the cable wasn't even connected. Also there was some cosmetics on the front bumper that they said they would take care of which wasn't done. The assistant manager that was on duty at the time was also very rude and arrogant with me. But I needed the vehicle bad as mine just broke down and I was in school, all the paper work was done and I only had to deal with him for about 15min , other wise I would have walked out . Worst vehicle buying experience I have ever had. More
