I have only dealt with service. I can almost never get through when I call. They actually don't give you any advice on needed services. This is my 2nd Kia and my third dealership an I can almost never get through when I call. They actually don't give you any advice on needed services. This is my 2nd Kia and my third dealership and the first time service was not done regularly. Was expecting that once I was in their system I would get emails, reminders, etc and advice on needed service. . So disappointed. My current Kia is my last one. I have never met a service advisor at this location ever. At the other dealerships, I drove up to a service desk and spoke directly with an advisor. This level of service does not happen at Lockwood and it should. This is likely why no one ever told me I was due for service. That being said, staff in customer service are helpful and friendly. This is the best experience I’ve had with a Kia dealership, and I’m on my fourth KIA. Even though I don’t live in the area, When I was shopping for my KIA Sorrento, I was impressed by the professio dealership, and I’m on my fourth KIA. Even though I don’t live in the area, When I was shopping for my KIA Sorrento, I was impressed by the professionalism and honesty from the sales associates. I don’t live in the area so I’m only able to use their Service department a half dozen times, which is also top notch. My most recent interaction was with Christopher Guidotti, the finance manager, I needed info on remaining balance, and he was patient and even took the time email me the payout forms, and instructed me how to proceed with my financial institution; even gave me some information on KIA’S electric vehicles, as to what’s available and what’s to come. Looking forward to the next negotiation for a new electric vehicle, last time I got a fair deal and a Kia umbrella which was a prop in the show room. Very accommodating staff! More
