Totally miserable experience buying the car a few years ago, and the same experience trying to purchase it off the lease. Sales reps simply won't return calls. I've called the dealership several times alre ago, and the same experience trying to purchase it off the lease. Sales reps simply won't return calls. I've called the dealership several times already - they take the info, but never call back.... Won't recommend, and won't return as a customer! More

I wasn't helped out by this sales person. I called yesterday to place a deposit on a car. The front desk took a message and said they would send an email to Mitch. I was expecting a call from Mitch today but I was the one chasing after the guy and then he calls me back to say with zero remorse, the car was just sold. I would go with another sales person to avoid the headaches and the nonchalant behaviour. I don't think I will be doing any further business with this dealership because of this person. More
