Very happy with their service department I've been going there for about 8 months now, and have never been happier with a service department at a car dealership. I don't feel that they try to I've been going there for about 8 months now, and have never been happier with a service department at a car dealership. I don't feel that they try to upsell or fix things that don't need to be because they think I know nothing about cars, even though I know next to nothing about cars. They have honest, friendly front counter staff that are great, and so far I always leave happy. I would recommend it to anyone with a Ford. More

Was made extremely happy yet again !!!! I bought my first truck 3 years ago... And while I did not get thr model I wanted, Patrick Cameron and Reinhard made me feel very comfortable after th I bought my first truck 3 years ago... Great experiance all round I was looking for a new vehicle to replace my existing Flex; Nathan was very good at listening to my needs and was able to show me the models that fit I was looking for a new vehicle to replace my existing Flex; Nathan was very good at listening to my needs and was able to show me the models that fit my criteria. Once we established a style, a time for a demo was arranged to confirm the car was right for me. The entire team was good at arranging for the new car to be made to my specifications at the factory. This last purchase was definitely the best car purchasing experience of my life. Traditional car purchases are like a poker game where each side is trying take advantage of the other. Luckily we used Nathan Pilson for our purchase and the games quickly disappeared. Nathan was extremely knowledge about the product, understood our needs and worked a deal to keep within our budget. After the sale was completed Nathan has continued to reach and see how he can continue to make my experience memorable, let's just say he has achieved his goal. I would highly recommend both Lincoln Heights and Nathan Pilson for anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. More

Family repeatedly gassed with C.O in their 2013 Ford Escape Purchased a new 2013 Ford Escape from Lincoln Heights Ford. Defective head gasket repair at 30k was performed. Misaligned pipes and badly damaged hose Purchased a new 2013 Ford Escape from Lincoln Heights Ford. Defective head gasket repair at 30k was performed. Misaligned pipes and badly damaged hose caused high levels of carbon monoxide to enter the vehicle cabin. An exhaust clamp($159) was also broken and re-secured with a $3. hose clamp which would have eventually failed . Took 6 weeks for us to realize we were sick because of the car.Lincoln Heights then inspected the car and said it was safe to drive. Poisoned for an additional 2 weeks until a C.O. detector arrived and we tested the car proving serious leak into the vehicle reaching 220ppm .Service advisor stated 17 sensors are positioned throughout the exhaust system and the vehicle computer would alert to any exhaust leak(untrue) Two other Ford dealerships repaired the many problems Lincoln heights created. Eventually we were offered another vehicle, our 34k vehicle (40k total) was valued at $18,500 at 15 months old. I worry about the long term health effects on my children, hope my wife and I are around to see the grandkids. Terrible experience They would not honour the price sent via email. I got a quote from Nathan for 2015 Escape S $175 x 72 (Biweekly) and came in to test drive the car r They would not honour the price sent via email. I got a quote from Nathan for 2015 Escape S $175 x 72 (Biweekly) and came in to test drive the car ready to sign the papers that day. Everything was great until we seat down and started talking about the price. With Costco membership discount of $1000 I was supposed to pay the above mentioned price. I did not have the membership and that's where the problems started. Without the membership the price went up to $229 Biweekly which is over $50 difference. I was trying to explain that $50 biweekly would result in over $7000 difference in the total price but with no success. After 2 hours back and forth I left the dealership really frustrated. I have to say that Nathan's service was amazing but it was the finance manager that was not getting it. A month later I got the email from Dave Cameron asking about my experience. After sending him all the details, he was apologizing for the mistake on their end and offering me a free oil change and a car wash. More
