EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE by MOE ISSA My husband and I were looking for a used automobile for a member of the family that has some special needs. We never mentioned this at the time took My husband and I were looking for a used automobile for a member of the family that has some special needs. We never mentioned this at the time took the car for a test drive and I have to mention it was an extremely hot day! Moe ensured we had water with us (REALLY WHAT AN AWESOME TOUCH IN CUSTOMER SERVICE) and when we brought our family member back with us to actually purchase the vehicle Moe recognised the special needs right away. Moe took his time to ensure he explained everything to our family member and treated him exceptionally as did the Finance Manager Pat! Would recommend anyone to visit Moe at Lincoln Heights Ford! Friendly, Efficient and a great experience I was looking for a used car and I was approached very casually. I was asked if there was anything I needed help with, so I pointed out the Ford Tauru I was looking for a used car and I was approached very casually. I was asked if there was anything I needed help with, so I pointed out the Ford Taurus I'd seen online. He gave me a complete run-through on the vehicle, and explained all of our options clearly. Prior to purchasing my vehicle at Lincoln I went to two other dealers and felt discouraged and concerned I wouldn't be able to get a new car within my budget but after arriving at Lincoln Heights I was extremely pleased with the number of payment options. Needless to say, I purchased a 2013 Escape and with the fabulous service was able to pickup the truck with 24 hrs! I'd highly reccomend Lincoln Heights to all my friends & relatives! Above and beyond, we so appreciate our Sales Rep Denis You know in life I have come by very few people in service that are genuinely nice, good, knowledgeable people... Again and again our sales guy Deni You know in life I have come by very few people in service that are genuinely nice, good, knowledgeable people... Again and again our sales guy Denis Duhaime of Lincoln Ford on Richmond Rd.. Has out done his service for us... We recently bought our Ford Explorer from him in November, and every time I send for oil changes(yes I drive alot and service team are amazing!!!!) and any service requests my car comes back shiny and clean inside and out at $0(this makes me come back). Also I haven't stepped foot into the store since.. He goes above and beyond...so appreciated as I am extremely busy..... So we have been on a hunt for a car for hubbie and Denis just didnt have inventory for a Ford escape just yet but kept us close for when he did... Well today, not only did he find one... He brought it by at 8pm for hubbie to take it for a test drive and look it over before we buy it, as this was the one... If your looking for service....
