Tire punctured near the shoulder. They tried the less expensive patch, but it did not hold. When a new tire was required they waived part of the installation. I felt they were very fair. Karen was attentive to my request for auto service. She has always been friendly and she explained additional items that required completion. When the wait time needed to be extended for these she was able has always been friendly and she explained additional items that required completion. When I picked up my car earlier than expected I found it cleaner than when I brought it in and I thought I had cleaned it pretty well beforehand.
