I was well looked after yesterday. I was greeted coming into the garage and then inside by Heather Broderick. She addressed all my concerns and arranged transportation for me as a lo I was greeted coming into the garage and then inside by Heather Broderick. She addressed all my concerns and arranged transportation for me as a loaner was not available. Even when a loaner did become available she called me and asked if I would like to have it. I was happy with the shuttle taking me to the mall to do some shopping and picked me up fairly quickly when I called for a ride to come back. All of the work was completed in her estimated time line and I was back on the road again. I knew it would be a long appointment but Heather made it so it didn't seem like such a long day. Great job!! More
