Kevin Gittens had an excellent knowledge of the vehicle and its workings. He explained technology in an understandable manner. He did not rush us in any way and made it very clear that he wanted the entire purchasing process to be about us and that it should be as pleasant as possible. It was very clear to both my wife and I that Kevin understood the importance and stress of a significant purchase such as this and made the process comfortable. Kevin has tremendous people skills and seems to genuinely enjoy dealing with people.
