My wife and I have dealt this dealership for 19 years having purchased 2 cars and serviced 4 cars in total. We have always found the service staff to be exemplary. Work is never done without an explanation and choices are always provided. The sales staff on this most recent visit which resulted in a purchase were excellent. Kevin Gittens had an excellent knowledge of the vehicle and its workings. He explained technology in an understandable manner. He did not rush us in any way and made it very clear that he wanted the entire purchasing process to be about us and that it should be as pleasant as possible. It was very clear to both my wife and I that Kevin understood the importance and stress of a significant purchase such as this and made the process comfortable. Kevin has tremendous people skills and seems to genuinely enjoy dealing with people. In some of our car experiences at other locations, the emphasis was on the sale but Kevin clearly put the emphasis on us, our comfort level and our needs. Thank you Kevin, job well done. More
