I sent out some emails ans Stephanie Shearsby was the first Ontario Lexus salesperson to contact me: my online offer had been accepted. From emails to telephone conversations, she was both pleasant and honest. Stephanie's pleasant smile and personable skills as well as her professional comportement won me over when I first met her.
