After he made me his number one focus, he introduced me to his fellow staff and we began by discussing my current car and lifestyle. Rick listened and remembered almost everything I told him about my needs and wants. Its one thing to be knowledgeable about the product (which he sure was) but its another thing entirely to be knowledgeable about the person and the people behind the product.
