My wife and I dropped in to the dealership in London without an appointment. We were interested in the Lexus ES 300 hybrid. Lisa, a sales person, greeted us with professionalism and competence. Altho without an appointment. We were interested in the Lexus ES 300 hybrid. Lisa, a sales person, greeted us with professionalism and competence. Although she had an appointment booked and the people were about to arrive, she took the time to listen to what we were looking for and even got us into an ES for a test drive.
