Very Happy Purhcaser of Four Lexus Vehicles from Stephanie Two days ago we traded in our RX for a new 2017 RX350 Lexus. We also have a RC 350. From the day of the first purchase with Stephanie Shearsby's help, Lexus of London has been a friendly and very efficient and helpful dealership. The staff makes you feel very welcome when you go in and their service department is outstanding. Stephanie is excellent at her job and helps make the purchase of a new Lexus less stressful than it might be. In addition I would like to complement Romeo Nissan in Service for his fantastic service support and Alan Calvert, the new car Manager for his welcoming manner. Well done all around.
