From the onset my experience with Rick was nothing less than superb; it was like dealing with a close friend. I was able to make arrangements  to see the car the very next day. Because I  Live in Ajax Rick did everything in his power to place the car on hold so that my two hour commute for a test drive was not wasted.  To make a long story short, the ES350 was more than what I expected and Rick made the overall process of purchasing it seamless. My first visit to Lexus of Londo My father recently decided to stop driving. He gifted me his low mileage 2007 Lexus which I am very proud to drive. My first visit to Lexus of London was to fix a faulty window. While fixing the window and performing an outstanding safety recall, the mechanic noticed something unusual with the water pump which led to its replacement. I was told that the coolant reservoir was basically empty so had the mechanic not spotted the problem, I could have faced a serious engine problem in a matter of hours or days. Many thanks to the mechanic who spotted the problem! Adam McCallum welcomed me as a first-time customer and Karen Campbell kept me well-informed of the progress of the repairs during the course of the day as they had to keep the car longer than originally planned. The loaner 2016 ES350 was kind of nice to drive for a day too! More
