Purchase of new 2016 Lexus I was in the market for a newer Lexus ES350 model. I sent out some emails ans Stephanie Shearsby was the first Ontario Lexus salesperson to contact me I was in the market for a newer Lexus ES350 model. I sent out some emails ans Stephanie Shearsby was the first Ontario Lexus salesperson to contact me: my online offer had been accepted. From emails to telephone conversations, she was both pleasant and honest. Stephanie's pleasant smile and personable skills as well as her professional comportement won me over when I first met her. All of my expectations about this dealership were met and and within a week I was driving back down the 401 with my new vehicle. Rest assured I have shared my experience with friends and relatives and many have indicated that they will certainly entertain the thought of driving to Lexus of London and meet with Stephanie should they be in need of a new vehicle.
