This car is my baby. She is always well cared for and the wash/clean is always a welcomed perk! Downside is, I always get a nicer car than what I currently have as a loaner. We were pleasantly surprised how easy Lexus and Sue Vincent made our car purchase experience. So it was a relief to deal with Lexus. I made an appointment with Sue, the car was ready for a test drive, Sue was helpful and ensured all our expectations were met. No hassle, no haggling, no pressure. Thomas in finance was great, everyone was pleasant and helpful. Jordan helped us with all the electronic stuff. Highly recommend. More
