Everyone was excellent to deal with and very friendly, from Kevin in Sales, Thomas in Finance, the GM Chris, Stephanie Sales Manager who pitched in to help out, and last but not least Cam who worked us th from Kevin in Sales, Thomas in Finance, the GM Chris, Stephanie Sales Manager who pitched in to help out, and last but not least Cam who worked us through all the electronics and gadgets! Rick was positive, professional and fun. We had a few speed bumps in our purchasing of two cars which Rick took care of so smoothly, he made them disappear! Everyone from Service Rep, Receptionist, General Mgr, Sales Rep, Accounting Mgr were technically knowledgeable, courteous, professional and reasonably friendly. I traded in a 2013 Lexus RX350 for a 2018 Sales Rep, Accounting Mgr were technically knowledgeable, courteous, professional and reasonably friendly. I traded in a 2013 Lexus RX350 for a 2018 Lexus RX350. I found latter stages of our negotiations a little gruff, detached and absent of sensitivity. When the Manager would no longer move on my trade in value or his sale price, he said "Perhaps this car is not for you and you should look for another one". If that was his negotiating strategy, it was a dismal Public Relations move. That statement was condescending and should not have been said. I know the car I want and I know what I'd pay for that car at the end of the day. More
