To begin with, he took the time to give me all the options available was never pushy. He patiently reviewed all my needs and willingly tried all he could to accommodate my needs. I ended up getting a car that I LOVE and can afford. He even took the time to make sure I knew how everything worked and was set up properly as far as connecting the bluetooth with my phone, etc. I highly recommend Lexus on the park. Husnia More

While typically leasing higher end product (my prior vehicle was an Acura TLX), I have never before had a Lexus. This is my first experience with the brand. Seeking this time a compact SUV, the NX met my requirements and had the desired "luxury touches". Overall, while the two Lexus dealers I shopped were very good, ultimately I chose to deal with Lexus On the Park. The reason I chose this dealership is that my salesman Farzad ("AJ") and sales manager Jon DeSousa were both very personable and pleasant to deal with, were willing to negotiate, and offered ultimately what I felt was a fair deal which met my requirements. The delivery specialist Josie Allen was also very knowledgeable about the product (cars are nowadays essentially computers on wheels) and, importantly, she was a good teacher/trainer. I drove away happy, and look forward to positive service experiences going forward. More

Terrible in picking up their phone!!!!!! I must say they are probably understaff! I called to order a part. Phone kept ringing and ringing and no one their to answer. I called 4 times, finall I must say they are probably understaff! I called to order a part. Phone kept ringing and ringing and no one their to answer. I called 4 times, finally the secretary picked up and transferred me to parts. Again no one their to answer. I hang up and called again, then I asked the secretary if there’s anyone at parts to talk to and she replied I’m not sure sir I will transfer you to parts. She transferred me to parts and something again. I got fed up and I called another Lexus dealer ( donvally lexus ). They picked up the phone at the first ring and same for parts department. Ordered my part in less then 5 minutes. Sorry lexus on the park but your service is poor! More
