I'm a fresh graduate from the University of Waterloo, both bachelors and masters in electrical & computer engineering. I've just joined full-time at a tech employer based in Markham, and I live about 25 km away in Scarborough. It was imperative that I arrange a mode of transport. I started my search on Saturday, August 27th, and visited Maple Automall in Vaughan and test drove the Acura RDX, Mazda 6, Mercedes-Benz GLC Coupe, and by the end of the day I was certain I'd prefer an SUV - due to driving my dad's Toyota RAV4, my dad is a loyal customer of Toyota, with 3 RAV 4s. I checked out the BMW X1 and didn't have a chance to test drive it that day. Two days later, I go to Lexus on the Park and check out the LEXUS NX 200t, it blew me away - phenomenal in reliability, performance and aesthetics. I test drove it and it was exhilarating, the turbo-charged engine was a major caveat. I then test drove the BMW X1 and I did feel an improved a sturdier/solid driving experience, I felt 'one with the road', although it was a bit superfluous for my day-to-day driving characteristics. The interior lacked for the X1, and the I could sustain the ongoing maintenance fees with the purchase of the NX 200t. I ended up choosing the LEXUS. Larry was sincere and kind and went above and beyond to help my father and I make a clear decision. He quoted us for a variety of lease and finance options and suggested the optimum choice whilst taking consideration of our needs and financial status. He was patient, informative and even offered us lunch. What he did forget to mention however - was that any down payment paid by us or a promotion on a lease is subject to tax, this can be transparent next time. Kudos to Alistair for providing us a highly competitive rate on a 5-year lease. Thanks sincerely to Larry for the attractive atomic-gold exterior and saddle-tan interior color combo, it's a win-win with my lady friends. Lazar was the financial services manager I worked with to sign the required paperwork. He was knowledgeable, confident and advocated the decision of this vehicle purchase. He made me aware of the various extra care protection and extended warranty coverage for the vehicle. His suggestions were logical, and not so biased in a sense. Much appreciated, it was important information as a first time car owner. I purchased the car, went through some paperwork and Haskell took over duties to help me out in the following days as Larry was away. Haskell was clear, highly informative, charismatic and made sincere efforts to providing my dad and I a positive customer experience. He was able to mention the course of action for delivery and pick-up and coordinated with me with regards to insurance. He was prompt, and the car was available for pick-up merely 2 days afterwards the purchase. Josie was the delivery specialist who showed me the bells and whistles of the vehicle. She was sweet, straight to the point, friendly and knowledgeable. She insisted that if I run into problems or have any questions or concerns, I can reach out to her immediately or book an appointment for a quick refresh. Her explanations were clear and the technological features of the vehicle were intuitive. Josie made me feel comfortable in my first time sitting in my own vehicle. Once again - what can I really say. Incredible customer service and top-notch, honest quality people work here. You can tell that it's a competitive dealership simply due to the caliber of employees. Larry mentioned to me he's been selling cars for over 40 years?! I'm 25! Nonetheless, I'll be recommending Lexus on the Park to any of my family members and friends. I've been driving the NX 200t for about 2.5 weeks now and I'm literally in love, it's amazing. More

Big surprise at delivery was the addition of Christine who help explain and demonstrate the technology in the car. So much more than I imagined and at that point I felt Cedric had undersold the features of the vehical. I am totally convinced that this sales team are second to none. Lazar was amazing at explaining my lease options and the extended worry free waranty program. No pressure to buy the warranty program but I did.
