I told him about the price i got online and he gave me the price no questions asked. Very straightforward. 2 days later im driving my new car! Josie Allen was also very pleasent. Thomas Homewood was on the mark with helping me select and purchase a new RX350. I had a fairly good idea of what I wanted in a vehicle and Thomas was most helpful in scheduling a test drive in a timely manner. From first contact to delivery and post delivery follow up this dealership and staff put the customer first. Christine Nam explained how the new technology worked and made it clear that she was available if I needed any further help. So a month has passed since the purchase and my first inspection. I must say I'm still happy and overall impressed with the car and the Staff. Thanks Thomas and Christine! More

Everyone i met and dealt with were very knowledgeable and kind. When I picked up my new vehicle Christine took her time and explained all aspects of the RX 350. All in all a very nice experience. Damage to Lexus RX350 during car wash at Lexus on the Park On August 22/2016 my 2010 Lexus RX350 incurred significant body damage while travelling through the joint Toyota/Lexus on the Park car wash . I have On August 22/2016 my 2010 Lexus RX350 incurred significant body damage while travelling through the joint Toyota/Lexus on the Park car wash . I have used this car wash numerous times without incident. However, on this occasion, half way through the car wash my vehicle derailed off the metal track and incurred the damage. From the onset, Lexus on the Park assumed no responsibility for any damages and maintained the following position: Firstly, all car wash users are to assume all risks and potential damages as stated on the car wash sign before one enters. This warning would presumably absolve the company of any responsibility. Secondly, Lexus on the Park insisted that the damage was caused by driver error which I find difficult to understand since the car was in neutral and travelled half way through the car wash when it derailed. Also when asked to view inside video of the car wash, Lexus on the Park stated that no video which could help corroborate either side existed. Potential users of this service should be aware of these conditions and stipulations. As a result of the damage to my vehicle, I was compelled, due to safety concerns, to get my vehicle repaired by going through my insurance company which deemed the accident a no fault claim. However, I was still responsible for the deductible. As well, Lexus on the Park failed to forward requested company insurance information to my insurance adjuster when asked so that both insurance companies would be able to exchange information and discuss the matter. Presently, I am still attempting to settle matters with Lexus on the Park but there has been a lack of adequate and timely return communication from all levels of management at Lexus on the Park. It should be noted that no individual at the company management level has directly contacted me although a letter of claim and ensuing emails were delivered and sent to the company manager directly within a day or two of the incident. Due to the lack of progress and frustration experienced throughout this ordeal, I am currently proceeding to investigate all options and avenues in order to resolve this matter to my satisfaction.
