I had a horrible experience. I bought a new LX570 from them. I gave them a certified draft and he would not confirm a pickup date for me. Horrible experience. You wait so long for your car and then they hold your cash for a week without any explantions. They claim to attempt contacting your bank and then don't contact them and Lie to your face about their company policy. The worst experience ever buying a car! Stay away from Lexus on the park as long as this Trever guy is the sales manager. Should be fired for how he treats customers. More

Lee patiently sat with us, inquired about what we need in a vehicle, showed us some different options before taking us on a test drive. We ended up purchasing a vehicle and took delivery soon after. AFter having a mishap with the sunroof of my RX350 and the call for heavy rain, I was a little anxious for a quick repair....and that is what Brain achieved for me. I arrived at the dealership at 7:30pm with no appointment and was on my way home by 8:30 with the roof completely repaired. No one can ask for better service than that. This is my fourth RX and I have always received great service, this time was very special and greatly appreciated? Again thank you to Brian for his quick attention and the service team for a job well done and very much appreciated. More

Battery treatment Arriving back from 3 months in Spain I found my battery flat. Usually no problem with my BMW or my Jag or my Subaru as a quick jump and we are back on Arriving back from 3 months in Spain I found my battery flat. Usually no problem with my BMW or my Jag or my Subaru as a quick jump and we are back on the road. Not so with a hybrid! I am told by Brian, a service tech that this car needs to driven every week. Does Toyota understand that these boomer guys do take long winter holidays, that's why they call us "snowbirds." Someone forgot to tell Toyota that we buy a lot of cars, 'cause this doesn't work. Toyota should tell the salesmen not to sell hybrids to folks like us 'cause we get unhappy and have lot of time to do something about it! Mark, the sales guy tells me that it only happened once in three years and I should be happy, hummm, Mark, even your aggressive in your face defence won't fly here. I have owned 10 BMW's, some over 5 years and have yet to replace a $500 battery, stupidity or poor design? So, is it poor design or is it that a sales guy was poorly trained or is it that he just wanted to sell a car? Sounds like a good inquisition is needed. I am not sure what the solution is but it doesn't include this dealership or Mark or the service tech. What a bunch of bone heads! More
