Greg has been servicing us for the past couple of years. He is very thorough, patient, attentive, responsive, solution oriented and detailed with what service needs to be done to maintain the vehicle. I bought my pre-owned Lexus from this dealership in 2011. I have been very happy with the car since. Recently I came in to have three items looked at: slow tire leak, automatic window not working, windshi I have been very happy with the car since. Recently I came in to have three items looked at: slow tire leak, automatic window not working, windshield wipers out of sync. Kevin was very good at listening to my description of these issues, and asked questions to clarify. I waited while the diagnosis was made, and repairs done. The time to diagnose and repair was reasonable, the cost surprisingly low, and they took care of two of the issues at no charge! This is a very good service centre; I've been here three times and found it excellent each time. Kevin is very attentive, and interested in knowing of my experience with this vehicle. More
