After 2 1/2 years of service at Lexus on the Park of my RX350, I am happy to say that the service I receive continues to be outstanding! Although this was the first time I dealt with Kevin Fam, I felt as RX350, I am happy to say that the service I receive continues to be outstanding! Although this was the first time I dealt with Kevin Fam, I felt as if I had been dealing with him for years. He listened attentively as I explained to him that along with the engine oil change I came in for, I also had a couple of other issues that I wanted him to look at regarding a broken rear light and a door which creaked on the passenger side of the car. He called me promptly and let me know the details and price of fixing the light after I had left with a new 2014 courtesy car which they offered to me for the afternoon. Everyone at Lexus on the Park is friendly, knowledgable and ready to attend to their customers' needs. They are sensitive to the fact that many of us are very attached to our vehicles. My car was ready the same day and cleaner than it had been throughout the dreary winter we all experienced in Toronto.
