OVER ALL GOOD BUT I HAD AN QUESTION ABOUT MY GPS SHUTTING DOWN /REBOOTING ON OCASION WHILE ON PHONE. THE PERSON WHO FILLED OUT THE WORK ORDER WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL THE I HAD AN QUESTION ABOUT MY GPS SHUTTING DOWN /REBOOTING ON OCASION WHILE ON PHONE. THE PERSON WHO FILLED OUT THE WORK ORDER WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL THE OTHER PERSON WHO WAS GIVING ME THE CAR BACK. NOT SO GOOD. HE SAID THEY COULD REPRODUCE THE ERROR....SO HERE IS YOUR CAR. I SAID TO HIM WHY DIDNT YOU ASK ME I WOULD SHOW YOU...( ?) THE SAME GUY I AKSED BEFORE . WHEN IS MY VEHICLE GOING TO BE READY. . ANSWER SIR WE ARE UPDATING YOUR COMPUTER SYSTEM THATS WHY IT IS TAKING A WHILE. WHEN HANDING ME CAR BACK HE SAID THAT THERE WAS NO NEED TO UPDATE THE SYSTEM. CAN YOU PLS MAKE SURE YOUR STAFF GIVES ME ACCURATE ANSWERS AND DOENT JUS BRUSH ME OFF WITH SOME EXCUSSE THAT COMES TO THEIR HEAD AT THE MOMENT.
