The sale a Our lease on a CT200h, which we originally purchased from Lexus Downtown, was expiring and we decided to purchase the vehicle and keep it. The sale and closing out process was handled in a very efficient and friendly manner by Ms. Jamie Lee. When we unexpectedly needed to move up the transfer of ownership papers, Mishkin Peden, stepped in to assist. Mishkin provided exemplary customer service, very attentive and expeditious coordination of events to speed up the exchange and delivery of documents, even on his evening off. Mishkin personifies the Lexus standard of professional and caring customer service. The Lexus Downtown dealership is fortunate to have two such fine representatives! More

Paul Choi is the man I had the pleasure of visiting the downtown Lexus dealership earlier this week and dealing with Mr. Choi. I was just looking for some basic info on I had the pleasure of visiting the downtown Lexus dealership earlier this week and dealing with Mr. Choi. I was just looking for some basic info on a used vehicle I've been interested in buying for some time. I was met by Paul upon my entrance. He was very pleasant and easy to work with. Unfortunately they didn't have the vehicle I was looking for available but what impressed me was that he took the time to go over all the features and made sure the car I wanted was the right fit for me. He made very detailed notes on everything i wanted so that he can find me the perfect vehicle that suits all of my needs. I was so impressed that i will leave it in his hands to contact me when the vehicle i want becomes available. I'd rather be patient and work with him in the future than to go elsewhere with my business. As a person that works in sales it was very refreshing to encounter a sales representative that cares and is willing to go that extra mile. I look forward to working with Paul on my new car purchase and hopefully build a long term business relationship. Good job Paul, keep up the hard work. More
