Excellent Staff and Honest Dealings... a rare find indeed! I recently purchased my 2014 Prius from Jeremy. We live in Calgary and so all of our conversations were over the phone and email. I can honestly say that he made sure we knew exactly what we were buying before we even arrived. Once we got there Jeremy sent us on the way for our test drive, Screcko talked us through our financing, and Reid explained all the ins and outs of our new hybrid vehicle. Our past experiences with dealerships has been a very rocky one but we felt very taken care of. It was refreshing to not have to worry about being taken advantage of! Thanks Guys!! More

Scott really went above and beyond and was a knowledgable employee, I really appreciated the extra time he spent with us in order to make a deal happen, as well as his high attention to detail and willingness to put the customer first. I'm not usually one to write reviews but this guy definitely stood out and I highly recommend him and this dealership. More

This company has an exemplary team working there and is beyond excellent to deal with. I have never been to a dealership where the people care about your personal adventures with GENUINE interest, rather than you being just another sale. My family, like many recently, has had significant changes financially throughout 2016. One of our stressors was our vehicle (2013 Toyota Sequoia), which we purchased in 2014 through Tacy at Lethbridge. (Back then we lived in Lloydminster. Now we live in Central Alberta) That was an awesome experience....so I contacted her again in 2016, wanting only ideas/advice from someone in the industry. I used their email on their website. A couple hours later, Tacy CALLED me back. (I never expected a personal phone call response, especially in this day and age of texting and Facebook messaging, etc. Nobody takes the time for "the personal touch" anymore.) I explained my situation, believing I knew everything already, and Tacy took it from there. I spoke with Lauren in Finance, who has more patience than anyone I've ever met, Logan, Used Sales Manager, who stayed in constant touch and displayed exemplary professionalism throughout the process. (Please realize here, I am simply one voice over the phone, one personality through texting...I am not a customer they are dealing with physically face to face who walked in to their dealership.) These two people kept working with me, although I am NOT a prime sales candidate in my situation, and kept working the process. They had a solution and were able to help. This was NOT possible to me, but they did. Logan and Lauren both stated something like "they get it, and they just want to help". So, we drove down Dec.12 and checked everything out. We were late and made everybody else working with us late as well. We met up with Tacy and got going on things about 330 PM. We dealt with Srecko that day on financing, (and that dude gets things done, while still smiling. What a machine!) and everything went like clockwork from start to finish (except that we made everybody stay late....the dealership closes at 600PM I think). If your still reading this (and believe me, Im leaving out so many things because I know I ramble) please know that I cannot say enough praise. I truly believed Tacy was going to email me back that day saying "declare bankruptcy, do voluntary repossession, sorry bud but your broke and we cant help you". What happened instead, from her phone call response, turned everything around for me and my family. I still cannot believe not only that they could help, but HOW they helped, and what everybody there did to help. Im not a "charity case", I just hit a few walls this year, and like every man out there, I wont ask for help, I can handle it, even when I'm drowning in debt. I was never patronized throughout this process (which kept my pride and dignity in tact), nor was I ever pressured. In fact, despite being late and slow about things, everybody instead gave us several times to talk privately and gave us space...and that made THEM late getting home to their families. What this team did was literally a Christmas miracle! I will never go anywhere else. These guys get it. More

Without having too much thinking, I decided to purchase a brand new 2017 Sienna. He e-mailed me to let me know the newest information about that car. He came to my company to sign a document. Finally, I got the Sienna on time. I was told from him that the car had been sent to Toyota in Lethbridge on December 7 in the evening. I was very happy. I went to Toyota on December 8 and I got the car next day. Scott is such a nice person who teaches me how to use the brand new car. He is excellent sales. Thank you so much Scott. More

Reid's the best We recently bought our 4th Toyota from Reid and as usual were very happy with his service. Reid is very knowledgeable about Toyota products and makes you feel relaxed and comfortable while walking you through the purchase procedure. He made sure we were thoroughly acquainted with our new 2017 Rav4 before we took it home. Lauren in Finance was also very professional and helpful. I am also happy with the service we receive at the service department every time I bring in my Toyotas for routine maintenance and oil changes. The fellows in that department also make sure you understand what you are paying for and why the service is needed. More
