Recently purchased a 2013 Toyota Venza. My wife was looking for an all wheel drive, something different than the ubiquitous SUV's seen everywhere. From its blue tooth to its innovative all wheel drive, this car represents excellent value for its price (which was very competitive). When I went in to get a new car I was really scared because of everything I had read online about salesmen scamming and pushing into things you dont want or need. I was pleasantly surprised when I went to Lethbridge Toyota, the salesman, Dan, was extremely nice and helped me get the exact car I wanted extremely fast. My old car had been stolen and so I needed a new one to take back up to Edmonton for school, and I needed it that day. Dan was great at getting everything through quickly and perfectly and for a price I am really happy with. The car even needed side things put on and a 3M protection on the front and Dan made sure it happened and quickly, I left that day with my car. I would definitely recommend this dealership and Dan for anyone looking buying a vehicle. I'm extremely happy with both my car and the service I received. More

The culture is all about service, and attention to the customers needs, including SPOILING the customer and giving a truly great deal on the purchase - we didn't have to haggle much, and we were offered an outstanding deal on an upgraded vehicle. It's not like other dealerships where they are nice to you until you buy, then they have no time for you. I'm treated like gold with every phone call or visit. Reid is a great sales/customer service agent, and a down to earth very nice human being - lightyears ahead of big city flashy tricky talkers. Highly recommended. More

He didn't push me to look at other models or features, but respected that I had already made up my mind. Rahim quickly took care of all the financial paperwork. I had heard from many people that this process could take hours to complete, but working with Rahim, it only took about 30 min. Overall I had a great experience working with the people at Lethbridge Toyota. I felt that I was respected, and my opinions mattered when making the sale. I will be returning here for future service and repairs, and would recommend them when buying a new car! More

The people at the dealer are very friendly, welcoming and professional. However, improvements could be made with the manufacturers "tow package" that came on our vehicle. I stated that we wanted to pull a professional. However, improvements could be made with the manufacturers "tow package" that came on our vehicle. I stated that we wanted to pull a trailer for camping and was assured that that was possible. However since we've received our vehicle, I've had to pay hundreds of dollars to re-wire it. Even after inquiring about the issue with Toyota, I have had to pay out of my pocket. Our vehicle came with a 4 pin wiring system and in order to activate the trailer breaks we need a 7 pin wiring system. All trailers have the 7 pin wiring and if we were to just buy an adapter we wouldn't be able to utilize the trailer breaks, which is illegal in some provinces and some states. With a toddler and a baby, we went with the most safe decision and paid out of our pocket to get the 7 pin wiring. This is a huge disappointment to me. Toyota should not be charging for the tow package and assuring costumers that they will be "good to go" when that's not the truth. More

Jorge listened to what we wanted, showed us the Prius v, and it was exactly what we were looking for. Archie was very friendly and easily explained how to use all the functions in our new car. Wheel alignment was done rightaway. I waited and did not have to come back. Car works great now. I always do my oil changes at the kiosk. They are quick and great.
