I enjoyed the SUV so much I bought a RAV4 2010, 2014 and then a Venza. There was never anything wrong with the vehicles, I like new cars that work for my dogs! I would never dream of going anywhere else and Archie, Tim, Maggie, Jim, Mike have gone far beyond a dealership and customer relationship. They have treated me like the Lethbridge Toyota family. I am always treated with respect and all employees take the time to talk and inform me of any situations. Archie and Tim even helped my sister get her RAV4 up in Calgary and based on the incredible deal, the Calgary dealership had to bite the bullet and offer Buz the same deal as I always get. I purchased my new vehicle on the advise of Tim and Archie and I had a blast working through all the electronic features. Thank you all you have been incredible and you will still be seeing me!!! Outstanding Service with Honesty and Integrity I have been a Lethbridge Toyota customer for almost 30 years so when my daughter's car was totalled, I was disappointed that they didn't have a used M I have been a Lethbridge Toyota customer for almost 30 years so when my daughter's car was totalled, I was disappointed that they didn't have a used Matrix in stock. We were under the gun to get the car replaced so we went to Calgary, expecting the same great Toyota service we have always received here. Well…. the only way I can put it is that we had an unfortunate experience with a used car salesman and purchased a car we were led to believe had a certain feature only to discover it didn't. And then we discovered that the dealership had only an "exchange" not a "return" policy. After two weeks of stress to the max, I noticed that a used Matrix had arrived at Lethbridge Toyota! Over we went - and we were treated like gold. As has always been the case, our sales guy Reid gave us the complete picture of the vehicle we were looking at. Our finance guy Logan gave us excellent service and even helped us negotiate with the Calgary dealership for a small refund we were eligible for. All in all, it was such a relief to come home to Lethbridge Toyota where you can trust everyone in the place! More

Acadia Wanted to buy a used nice Acadia from them. Right from the start of financing we were told to insure we got credit we would have to purchase extended Wanted to buy a used nice Acadia from them. Right from the start of financing we were told to insure we got credit we would have to purchase extended warranty and payment protection ( scam) sure enough was declined. We went to Davis and we approved there for the 2nd car loan in 6 months and at a good interest rate too. Also for the next 4 weeks ever other day they call my cell asking for Dorothy. I told them repeatedly they had wrong number but they kept calling sometimes twice a day . Stay away from this dealership . More
