No Pressure, EXCELLENT Treatment! We just picked up our brand new Mazda CX-5 last night, and the experiences we've had in dealing with London City Mazda, in particular Jamie Percival h We just picked up our brand new Mazda CX-5 last night, and the experiences we've had in dealing with London City Mazda, in particular Jamie Percival have been nothing but incredible. Our initial visit had Jamie show us a few different options and models, with a very thorough explanation of the options/benefits of each that we looked at. Following a couple of test drives, we knew what we wanted, but felt no pressure to make a decision on the spot. We returned a couple days later, and sat down to discuss our purchase with Jamie, and the process went smoother than could be expected, we were beyond happy with the end result on the purchase including the options we wanted and/or added. A brief sit-down with Mallory to get the financing process started, again, treated wonderfully, and we were off and waiting to hear back. I don't think we were gone from the dealership more than an hour and I received an email from Jamie confirming our financing, and that the sale was good to go. Keep in mind this was well after the dealership had closed, yet Jamie took the time out of his own schedule to let us know the great news. Last night we picked up our new ride, and again, Jamie impressed us with his thorough explanation of all the documents one needs to sign when buying a new car, and then took quite a bit of time with us to go over every button, control, lever, and option in our new CX-5. He even synched our phone to the in-car Bluetooth system, thankfully because I'm not tech savvy at all! At the end of the day, Jamie and the entire London City Mazda team made this process incredible for us, and I will not only highly recommend them to others, I most certainly will be a returning customer, I'll be due to replace my other vehicle in about a years time, and Jamie will definitely have first shot at helping me into something new. Thanks again Jamie and the entire team, you guys rock! More

Here, a calm, friendly, no pressure atmosphere has replaced tension and high volume sales tactics. Jasmine Vegso, my sales consultant, sealed my deal, She was , knowledgeable, courteous and upfront. We had checked out other dealerships searching for our " new to us" SUV and found a couple of surprises First, London City Mazda offered the bet deal and secondly they offered the best customer service. Billy went over and above to ensure we were more than happy; he stayed late for us, researched and familiarized himself with a different import vehicle to ensure he could show us how to fully utilize all the options in this vehicle and called to ensure we were happy a few days after delivery. He is personable and kind, honest and forthcoming and acts with integrity, all with a no pressure manner. Mallory went out of her way to ensure that all our financing questions were answered and sought out the expertise of colleagues on the one occasion she didn't have an answer. She provided a personal touch to our purchase and made us feel like valued customers. I believe we will be lifetime customers thanks to the top notch attention we recieved.
