No problems with the car. However, we did come back to the dealership for some advice. Although Billy was quite busy he made time for us, even though we came by unannounced. He took his time to answer all our questions with expert advice and honest information. We are happy to know that we are in good hands! Billy continues to give us the same quality service he had when purchasing the car and now after having purchased the car. More

Even though an error was made on the pricing of the car, Billy went out of his way to correct the mistake in a professional and satisfactory way. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone. Jasmine was very knowledgable and very low pressure. She allowed us to take the time we needed and answered all of our questions thoroughly. She was very generous with the trial car and really helped us pin down the size of car we would be happy with. The atmosphere of the dealership is very relaxed, yet very classy and professional. I am looking forward to the service experience if it is as good as the sales experience has been. More

However, when I arrived at the dealership, I asked to speak to their “nicest” sales associate, and it was my good fortune to be introduced to Billy Hall. He was pleasant, knowledgeable and just plain nice with absolutely no pressure exerted to buy at any point in the negotiations. He has always answered my e-mails promptly and even though I haven’t had any car issues yet, I feel confident that Billy and LCM will always be there to be of help. Special “kudos” go to Billy for gifting me touch-up paint, something he certainly didn’t have to do. If you want to buy a car, I would not hesitate to recommend Billy. More

New Mazda CX-5 I wanted an new SUV with 4 wheel drive so I did quite a bit of shopping around before deciding to buy a Mazda. In comparison to Honda, Acura and VW, I wanted an new SUV with 4 wheel drive so I did quite a bit of shopping around before deciding to buy a Mazda. In comparison to Honda, Acura and VW, I felt Mazda had the better "quality for money" vehicle. I went into the showroom and was approached by Craig Dolson. We chatted, and he introduced us to Jeff as I had a 2013 Acura Dynamic to trade in. I took over 3 weeks to make up my mind and finally made a purchase. Craig was just great, patient, polite and answered all the questions we had. He even gave up time on is day off so that I could pick up the car and he could explain all the accessories on vehicle. Jeff and Mallory were very helpful as well. All the staff at LCM are great, they really care about their customers. More
Amazing Experience I recently had the pleasure of dealing with London City Mazda, and after having such problems with the last dealership I dealt with, I was hesitant to I recently had the pleasure of dealing with London City Mazda, and after having such problems with the last dealership I dealt with, I was hesitant to deal with another. However, from the minute I walked in the door I had nothing but an amazing experience from start to finish. I had Billy walk me through my car from start to finish, and when I purchased the car I had Peter come and personally welcome me to the Mazda family. When my car wasn't ready on time, Peter made sure to rectify the situation to ensure I would still enjoy my "new car Friday"; Billy stayed after work on a Friday night to deliver the car to me in a different city. I'm so glad I stepped foot into this dealership. As someone who works in customer service is rare to see others who excel in it, but this dealership definitely cares about their customers. Nothing can be farther from the truth with London City Mazda. From the second I was greeted in the service bay, until all vehicle service was completed and the keys handed back over, my customer service experience was nothing short of awesome, and all my expectations were greatly exceeded. Dan Head, Kim Lesmeister, Dave Deweerd, and Stephanie Vav Bommel all put the customer's needs first and foremost, and went well above and beyond to get all the needed repairs done in a timely fashion. Dan made a point of calling me to keep me up to date on the repair status, and when all was said and done, took the time to review each and every line item on the invoice with me. We already have two Mazda vehicles and getting another one is the best decision we made. Jasmine was very patient with us and answered all our questions to our satisfaction. We test drove three vehicles, the last one being the CX-9, and it was a unanimous decision. In our hearts, Mazda is still no. 1. Jeff made every effort to keep us in the Mazda family. He provided us with the best reasonable rate and made sure it fits our budget. Mallory went through the financing aspect in a breeze. Quick and stress-free. In just 4 days, we got our CX-9! Overall, a very positive experience! More

Both went out of their way to try and help solve my cars issues, unfortunately the cars sensors were giving off signals that were vague as to exactly what was wrong. Fortunately Jason was honest as to the fact that there could be a few different things wrong and in order to find out which there would have to be some expensive detective work that in the end may not amount to a complete answer or resolution. We both came to an agreement to wait and watch for more definitive signs and symptoms of the cars malfunction (as safety was not an issue with this particular problem). Kim was also helping to steer me around the urge to jump at whatever i might think would be the easy fix, she advised caution at throwing money at the problem hoping something would stick. She obviously wasn't interested in just helping me rack up a big bill for what might have been a minor problem. Thanks to both for their help and guidance in dealing with the reality of repairing highly sophisticated cars by talking me down from spending money i didn't need to on a solution that was unclear given the information available (at least at that point). In the end the problem became more pronounced and thus easier to zero in on. I was then able to take it to my dealer when i returned home to New Brunswick and he was able to pinpoint the problem and a definitive repair solution. D.K More
