They also followed up with us quickly and promptly and took the time to answer all of our questions. I've dealt with other dealerships in the past, but never have their staff gone so far out of their way to make sure that I was satisfied with my purchase. Right from the moment I walked through the door, Jamie was very easy to work with and made me feel relaxed and comfortable. At no point did he pressure me into making a decision, even after I told him that I was considering a few vehicles from other dealerships! I am extremely pleased with my purchase and would recommend Jamie to anyone looking for a vehicle at London City Mazda. Once I made the decision to purchase the vehicle, Mallory made sure that the finance side of things went smoothly. She explained everything to me in great detail and there were no surprises when it came time to sign for the vehicle. Mallory positively added to an already outstanding experience! About a month after purchasing the vehicle, I brought it in for servicing and had the pleasure of working with Kim. Kim was great and made sure that I was kept in the loop with how the service was going. As soon as I dropped my car off, Jamie was there waiting with the keys to a loaner vehicle which I could use until my car was ready! Once the service was complete, Kim even went out of her way to watch and entertain my energetic 3 year old son while I put his car seat back into my vehicle! I cannot express how grateful I am for having the opportunity to meet and work with these great people. I am not easily impressed by service that I receive (especially after the initial purchase!), but I can honestly say that based on my experience, London City Mazda is where you want to shop for your next vehicle! From the minute I walked into London City Mazda 3-4 months ago and spoke to Jamie Percival, to the day we sat down to talk business a week ago, he was always considerate and never aggressive. With the added input from Peter Chan as well, they both made what could've been difficult, incredibly easy. On the finance side of things, Mallory Campling was once again kind, explained everything thoroughly, never pushed something I didn't want, and made it an easy process. All in all, these wonderful people made getting into my new Mazda the easiest process I could've asked for, and I couldn't be happier with my new CX3. More
