I was in the market for a 6/7 seat SUV, and wanted something with full amenities, power For the first 6 months of 2014, I was evaluating new vehicles. I was in the market for a 6/7 seat SUV, and wanted something with full amenities, power and comfort. My choices were refined to the 2014 Ford Explorer Sport, Audi Q7 and the GMC Acadia. After much consideration, I decided on the Ford Explorer, and set out in search of a dealership. Kelly Dakus (sales) was recommended to me, and I paid Koch a visit. To my disappointment, Koch did not have the unit I was looking for in stock. I was impressed with the service at Koch however, and rather than go to another dealership, I asked if they could locate the specific unit I was looking for. It took them several days, but they did find one at a dealership several hundred kilometers west of Edmonton, and made arrangements with the dealership to transfer the vehicle. After minimal delay (2 days), I had the vehicle, and am very impressed with the overall experience of buying a Ford at Koch, and would not hesitate to do so again. More

Very Bad Service Bought my used Ford Explorer 2011 ( was 66,000 KM) from Koch Ford back in MAR 2014 and while doing a service maintienance last week ,the service advis Bought my used Ford Explorer 2011 ( was 66,000 KM) from Koch Ford back in MAR 2014 and while doing a service maintienance last week ,the service advisor recommended to change transmission oil ( now 69,000 KM) cost worth $329 which supposed to be changed before selling the car ( at 50,000 KM max). Never liked this dealership at all and I wont recommend it to any one else. More

Since I enjoyed the excellent service from this dealership, I decided to take a look at the 2014 Focus. I was introduced to Shelly Posey who took care of me with utmost patience and consideration. She gave me a more than fair trade-in deal with the new purchase. When my car arrived, Shelly familiarized me with control centre of the vehicle and helped me with SYNC.
