I bought a used Lexus from this dealership. There were scratches and marks on the body that they said there were going touch up. When I drove up to Edmonton to pick it up, they had touched the There were scratches and marks on the body that they said there were going touch up. The inner fender well on the front passenger side was also broken, and when I commented about it, the salesman just shrugged, like there’s nothing I can do….I also had to ask if I could get it washed.
