I took my vehicle in for an oil change that was supposed to be at 12 noon and I didn’t get out till almost 20 to 5 despite being told three times that it would be no more than two hours. An appointment was made for October 14, and I was welcomed by Danielle Brice. Danielle was very courteous and advised that the work would be completed in about 1.5 hours. The work was completed on time and again Danielle advised that a couple of other issues were identified that could be addressed, namely, a cracked windshield and uneven tire ware. I noted these issues and thanked her. More
