I went back inside where they told me I ne These dishonest people replaced my ignition, when I attempted to leave in my car it would not start at all. I went back inside where they told me I needed a new battery, there was nothing wrong with my battery when I left my car there. I told them to boost me and let me go. After 5-7 people stood around my car eventually some guy joined them and finally boosted my car. I’ve had no battery issues since then however my wipers would no turn on at all. They told me that it was completely unrelated to my ignition and I would need to pay an addition $125 diagnostic as well as parts and labour I dealt with both Jeremy Cameron and Anthony the “manager” who agreed with each other. After much frustration I went to an honest Hyundai dealership that opened my steering column the wire for my wipers simply fell out They had never been reconnected after they replaced my ignition! I missed 2 days work due to rain as ridiculous as that sounds simply because Jeremy and Anthony could not or would not do their jobs and just check for me. A 5 minute replug is all the time and work it would have taken them to ensure I drove away in a safe vehicle. More

On my first visit to the Showroom I reached there at 5.45 PM and Noor leaves his work place at 6.00 PM, But Noor showed extreme professionalism and stayed with me even after hours and took me on a test drive and even explained me all the new features of the new Hyundai Elantra. He demonstrated very good customer service. He even gave me enough time to think if this is the perfect time and car to purchase, He was not pushy like other car dealers who I met in the other showrooms like Honda. Even on the day of the pick up I had scheduled the pick up at 5.30 but I was late and reached there at 6.00 pm (Again Noor's shift ends at 6.00 PM). Noor waited patiently and once I was there he explained me the next steps and delivered me the car. He is one of the best sales man I have ever come across. I am very excited and thankful to him.
