Purchase of used Kia Optima Frank, Eunice and Joe were great to work with. Frank, our sale person, was very friendly and knowledgeable of product, we even enjoyed the negotiation Frank, Eunice and Joe were great to work with. Frank, our sale person, was very friendly and knowledgeable of product, we even enjoyed the negotiation on the price. It was nice to have some give and take on the price as other dealerships we dealt with would not budge on the posted price. We appreciated when we picked up the car that Frank went over some features of the car and synchronized our phone with the cars calling system. Only drawback on the experience was the cleanliness and appearance of the dealership. The reception desk has the mill work taped together, knobs missing on cupboards and you had to ask the receptionist for 25 cents to use the coffee machine ! The waiting area for maintenance is dusty with half finished displays of accessories and those were covered in dust. The cars on the showroom were also dirty with a coating of dust on the dashboard. Very second rate when compared to Ancaster Toyota or Sterling Honda. When the place looks like this it makes you wonder if they don't care about the appearance of their dealership why would they care to do a good job on servicing the vehicle. More

The salesperson, Matt Garofalo, was friendly, pleasant to deal with and professional. I never felt any pressure to buy. We took the car out for a test drive and I did not immediately decide to buy the car but opted to test drive another car at another dealership. I returned the next day to inform Matt that I preferred the VW from Kia and we proceeded to make a deal that was very satisfactory to me. The car was ready for pick up the next day and I am please with my purchase. I would recommend this dealership without hesitation. More
