We had no choice since our 1999 Honda was breaking down and I didn't want to put more money into a car that wasn't worth much. We decided to take our chances and drive to Kia of Hamilton because we saw a car we liked on their website and we're sure glad we did. From the very beginning, Joe Fabrizio, treated us like family and went above and beyond our expectations. When we went to pick up the vehicle, Joe was excited to see us and show us the car. He went out of his way to repair some minor details we had with the car. If we ever have to purchase another vehicle, we would definitely go back and deal with Joe again. More

I also test drove and ended up purchasing the Rio, and again Frank was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Negotiating a price turned out to be a bit more difficult than either Frank or I anticipated but in the end I walked away with a great deal even though I think Frank walked away with a headache! Rick was friendly and very efficient when explaining and completing the paperwork and I picked up my new car 3 days later. Finalizing the sale was easy and quick as Rick had all the documentation very well organized and Frank quickly installed my new plates. After a final run through of the features and after Frank answered some more questions, I drove away in my new car, a very satisfied customer. There was none of the high pressure sales techniques I had experienced at other dealerships. There was no pressure to purchase an extended warranty or rust protection etc. My experience at Kia of Hamilton was very positive and I would readily recommend Frank and the dealership to anyone thinking of buying a car. Excellent job I have brought my Sorento in for many oil changes this year, every time i have gone in i feel welcomed. So when my Sorento had an issue with a faulty I have brought my Sorento in for many oil changes this year, every time i have gone in i feel welcomed. So when my Sorento had an issue with a faulty sensor there was no exception. Everything was done fairly quickly even though they needed to test it a couple times to determine which sensor was the issue. The repair was covered under warranty and they did an amazing job at fixing the issue. I always s feel welcomed when going to get my suv looked at and would highly recommend bringing it to kia. Whether its for an oil change or a bigger job Martha and the whole service team always make you feel right at home ad i highly recommend going to kia for all your service needs. More
