I'm not a easy person to sell a car to or deal with, I had alot of demands, but sales rep Eric Pilon was amazing with us. He was quick to answer questions we had, he understood our budget, worked with us, had alot of demands, but sales rep Eric Pilon was amazing with us. He was quick to answer questions we had, he understood our budget, worked with us, found us a car. And his after care while going through paperwork and insurance was out of this world. Great guy to deal with I would definitely work with him again. He went above and beyond when dealing with us. Overall the experience with the store was positive, the finance person Imad was very good, he did try to upsell us on warranty but we wanted an extended warranty anyway, and he respected us on what we were willing to spend and worked with our budget. We arrived a bit late on the day we bought our car, and to finalize everything they had to stay past closing to complete everything but we were made to feel at home and comfortable. This was our first time buying a KIA and overall it was a good experience. More

Went to buy new one and was told paint / fabric protection was all ready ordered with the vehicle that was canceled previous. Found out from factory that they don’t send them from factory that way. They just wanted to up sell you from the beginning for $3200!!! . Brought my Kia in for 2nd opinion and was told there is no issues with gaskets or oil leaks. Will never deal with Kia again ✅ More
Customer service department doesn’t even help or respond. Naz and kazim both mislead me as a customer to make sure the sale proceeded then disregarded my concerns after the paperwork was finished. We had a great experience buying our first Kia. Our sales rep Eric Pilon was professional, knowledgeable, approachable and a pleasure to work with. He understood our wants and needs and delivered. Our sales rep Eric Pilon was professional, knowledgeable, approachable and a pleasure to work with. He understood our wants and needs and delivered. The overall experience at the dealership was excellent. Our financing was handled by Kazem Rida who was very thorough and explained everything in detail which resulted in a smooth and swift transaction. Based on this first experience at Kia on Hunt Club we highly recommend this dealership and we would use their services again. Happy customers - Kris and Victor. More

Terrible customer service. The sales guy did not even speak to us when we arrived. In fact, the sales manager Tony Chalboub walked right by us and went out front to smoke! A The sales guy did not even speak to us when we arrived. In fact, the sales manager Tony Chalboub walked right by us and went out front to smoke! Absolutely terrible. When we called ahead and asked about a car, he simply responded car is priced to sell. Will never go back and would advise others not to. More

I didn’t have a pleasant experience at this Kia dealership. I went in to test drive and possibly buy a 2020 Mazda CX-5. I dealt with the salesperson, Pedro and the manager Christopher Wazen. Initi dealership. I went in to test drive and possibly buy a 2020 Mazda CX-5. I dealt with the salesperson, Pedro and the manager Christopher Wazen. Initially, during the test drive things went well. We (my son was with me) visually inspected the vehicle and I noticed two marks or scrapes on the right side of the vehicle, pointed that out to Pedro and he said that the dealership did not do that type of repair. When I reminded him that on Kia’s site, it says that the vehicles are “flawlessly detailed” he said that that only applies to the inside of the vehicle. With respect to the MTO certification, I said to Pedro that I would consider taking the vehicle to my garage for inspection as I told him that the dealership’s own inspection would be a conflict of interest since they would have every intention of “passing the inspection” to conclude the sale. The negotiation of the sale process was not a pleasant experience. Pedro took my “final offer” with my credit card (which he informed me would be for a deposit of $500) to his manager Christopher Wazen to seek his “approval”. Pedro came back with the document showing an amount of $1,000 in excess of what I was prepared to pay. I stood up to leave but then realized that Christopher, the manager had kept my credit card with him and I informed Pedro of this. I was not pleased. Than Christopher came to meet me and he finally agreed to my “final offer”. (The numbers that Pedro initially came back with were “all in” meaning after sales taxes which I find to be a bit strange). Pedro processed a charge of $500 on my credit card as a pre authorization. When I had asked Pedro previously if an oil change would be done on inspection of the vehicle he said the mechanics would look at the condition of the oil and determine accordingly, however Christopher said that an oil change would be done when I asked him the question. I didn’t find the issue surrounding the “165 point in-house” inspection to be convincing. Pedro asked my son to post a review of our experience on Kia’s site, which my son did. I didn’t read my son’s review, but Pedro told me that my son gave him 4 stars out of 5. Pedro said to me that wasn’t good enough, that it had to be 5 stars. I have to point out that I have yet to pick up the vehicle, Needless to say I didn’t have a positive experience at this KiA dealership, especially the “withholding” of my credit card (and ownership papers of my vehicle -for trade-in) which prevented me to leave the dealership. This post is factual to the best of my knowledge and memory, Finally, I want to add that the lady at the reception desk was very nice and professional. I think KIA would be wise to review some of its business practices. More
