Never, ever go here. They will sell to you with a smile, then screw you later if you need help. Avoid at all costs. There are plenty of other car dealer options. Spent They will sell to you with a smile, then screw you later if you need help. Avoid at all costs. There are plenty of other car dealer options. Spent 55K on a new car, purchasing "5 Star" extra warranty protection. Was told "you will not have to pay for anything if anything goes wrong." Check engine light came on in month 3 of ownership. Service department ran diagnostic, said they couldn't find anything, but it "could be bad gas" (but they do not know). Then they want me to pay them $$$ for this diagnostic. Kicker: when I drove off the lot, the light immediately came back on. I called and they want me to come in again since "they really want to help." I asked if I would be charged again if they cannot ascertain the problem and was told "if we cannot find any broken parts, we will have to charge you." Now I am stuck with a new 55K vehicle with a check engine light that I have to pay to repair. What a joke. More
So I will try to be objective. 1. I understand that the dealer does not get delivery dates from Kia Canada (which is stupid) 2. I have had wonderful experiences at other dealers 1. I understand that the dealer does not get delivery dates from Kia Canada (which is stupid) 2. I have had wonderful experiences at other dealers over the years, Hyndai, Acura, Ford, Infiniti but Kia on Hunt Club has been the worst experience I have ever had. 3. The Sales Person didn't know basic features of the trim package I wanted. 4. I was misled into signing on May 31st, being told "Next week, the latest the following Monday and you will have your car". Only to get the car a month later. 5. General Manager was also telling me that a week at the most, then once I asked about delivery dates he back-peddled on the delivery date and blantly flubbed that he had told me that there would be a delay. 6. The only reason I am giving the rating a 1 is due to the car. 7. I will be taking the car for service to a different dealer in Ottawa 8. The Dilwari Value Package I was told was required but then found out it was not; also they are vague on detail. 9. Due to my overall experience of being misled and I think strung along I will never shop from Kia On Hunt Club. 10. Use the Automobile Protection Association website to get dealer costs so you know where to negotiate from. 11. Input to the General Manager and Sales rep; talk straight and be upfront vs. being vague and outright misleading statements. More
If you want to get RIPPED OFF, this is definitely the dealership. Go in to buy a new car, come out buying a used car and your insurance won't give you full coverage. I was excited but I felt was RIPPED dealership. Go in to buy a new car, come out buying a used car and your insurance won't give you full coverage. I was excited but I felt was RIPPED OFF. More
The people are attentive, and calling the main line is promptly answered after choosing an option to speak to anyone. Estevan the sales specialist was helpful. The pricing of the pre-owned vehicle that promptly answered after choosing an option to speak to anyone. Estevan the sales specialist was helpful. The pricing of the pre-owned vehicle that my wife and I chose was spot on. The extra warranty that we purchased with the vehicle was surprisingly more than fair for a pre-owned. More
Very pleased with the customer service I received at the dealership. Right from making the appointment for some recall work and especially for the care and time with advisor Carl Sajous. dealership. It was a pleasure working with Abdul and Kazem at KIA on Hunt Club. We got a new Sportage HEV and are really happy with it. Our experience with the sales team and the vehicle delivery was top notch! My car initially went in for a wheel alignment, and then ended up finding numerous “problems” with it. Rather than having my car back the next day, I ended up getting my car 3 weeks later: every two days I ended up finding numerous “problems” with it. Rather than having my car back the next day, I ended up getting my car 3 weeks later: every two days I would call them and they would tell me it would be ready the next day. Although they had my car for 3 weeks, and me asking numerous times, they never gave me a rental/lender. After finally getting my car back, after a week of driving the wheel bearings they replaced had both broken, and they forgot to tighten the hub bolts. Although they seem very cooperate and helpful upfront, they will end up costing you much more than you plan, will not be helpful throughout the process, and you will get your car back in mediocre condition. Wouldn’t recommend, you could get better, faster and more helpful service from a small mechanic shop. More
This is an unreasonable and time-wasting dealership. I placed an order for a KIA Carvinal SX two months ago and paid the full deposit. The salesperson Abdul rahman elhariri kept assuring me that the car I placed an order for a KIA Carvinal SX two months ago and paid the full deposit. The salesperson Abdul rahman elhariri kept assuring me that the car would arrive by the end of September. Today, I received news that the salesperson sold the car to someone else, using the excuse that they called me but received no answer. However, I didn't receive any calls, messages, or emails. No one would accept such unreasonable treatment. Furthermore, the dealership has not refunded my deposit. I have all the chat records and screenshots, and I will share them on every platform I know, including neighboring dealerships, to make sure everyone knows about this. I hope people won't waste their time at this dealership. More

The sales staff confuse you with sleazy tactics The whole experience is supposed to be positive buying a new car I'm interested in, not there to just waste their time. Agree on trade, price, take my preauthorization. Then get put sales agreement finalized for me to sign with an extra $500 mysteriously added to a subtotal under my lien. I question it, Chris Wazen tells me, must be an error with the software, he'll contact them the next day. I say, no. You just put it in yourself. Go back next day finalize financing. Expecting to sign a sales agreement? Guy tells me he can't print it, I don't have the VIN, I say, it's right there in the incoming stock listing. Then he says, but I don't have a stock #. (It's in the website AD) this vehicle is due to land July 6th. Needless to say, I legally haven't purchased anything, signed anything. And they are in possession of my original car ownership?? I don't believe they have any intention of following through with this agreement and some excuse will be given next Friday, why the deal can't be fulfilled. My guess, they are entertaining multiple offers, and just stringing me along as contingency. Never experienced anything as misleading as the racket these guys are running at this dealership. Could be bordering on illegal to keep my ownership with no contract. More
I a new car quote I was quoted "admin" fee of $599 and "Dilawri Value Package" or $699. I asked what the second fee was for and was told it covered things like Ubers when the car is serviced. I said I'd "Dilawri Value Package" or $699. I asked what the second fee was for and was told it covered things like Ubers when the car is serviced. I said I'd rather pay as needed. I was told the first admin fee was a Kia Admin Fee. I said are you saying that this is a fee mandated and collected by Kia, the manufacturer? I was told yes. I said I was not aware of any manufacturers collecting such fees and wasn't it just a fee charged by Dilawri? I was told no, it's a Kia Admin Fee. I rephrased the question one more time and got the same answer. This is grossly misleading as no such fees are charged by Kia More
