Charged $90 for an oil change instead of promised $55 I made an appointment for Service #1 (oil change, lubrication and some inspections) and was told it would cost me $55 (with tax, oil and filter includ I made an appointment for Service #1 (oil change, lubrication and some inspections) and was told it would cost me $55 (with tax, oil and filter included) on the phone. When I arrived at there Greg at the reception confirmed the price and I signed the paper (a work order or whatever they call it). However, when I returned in 1.5 hour I was charged $90! The excuse was that Greg thought I'd purchased a service package which includes the oil price when I bought my car from them 7 month ago. But I hadn't and he could check it in my file or at least ask me before saying it would cost me $55. To add insult to injury, they made two short but deep scratches on my driver's door and got black grease stains all over the driver's carpet mat. I was quite satisfied with my car purchase from KIA and that's why I got back to them, I regret I did it and I regret I've been in no mood for arguing with them today. More

no customer service to be seen. Almost every time I have been into the hunt club KIA it has been a disappointment. Service guys are all sarcastic and act as if I have no clue what I' Almost every time I have been into the hunt club KIA it has been a disappointment. Service guys are all sarcastic and act as if I have no clue what I'm talking about. After dropping my car off 48 hours ago for warranty work (undrivable). I have been told I will have an answer on what needs to be done at least 5 times still no answer. When asking when will the work start the answer I get is " I can't tell the future ". Not what I expect out of a reputable dealership like this. Not only that as they take their sweet time not working on the car I am left with no loaner car. Not happy with my choice of KIA. Will be making to the trip to a farther dealership from now on as they seem to be so much better to deal with. More

I also appreciated the fact that they took the time to understand my needs and found a way to deliver exactly what I was looking for while staying within my budget. Another thing I really liked is the fact that I never felt "pushed" or "rushed" to make a decision. Which is not always the case with car dealers! Once I took my decision though, everything was very fast and I got my car quickly.
