What is going on? I was browsing Auto Trader looking for a new KIA. I came across a Rondo at this dealership, and thought this is perfect! So I emailed a list of questi I was browsing Auto Trader looking for a new KIA. I came across a Rondo at this dealership, and thought this is perfect! So I emailed a list of questions and patiently waited for a reply. While I was away from home I got a phone call and a family member picked it up. The woman over the phone would not say what the phone call was about but wanted to speak with me. (So professional..) So when I got home and I was told about this call my immediate thoughts were that it was a spammer. I didn't bother to call back. Then I received an email from that caller. She emailed me regarding the KIA and asked if I could come in. I just wanted my initial questions answered first so I asked them again. She did answer them...so I thought. Later on I received an email form another sales person. He corrected the answers from the first email, and major things like the car had been in an accident. I was told the damage was $1500. Then later in the day ANOTHER sales person contacts me introducing himself. He had no prior communication with the other two and told me the accident cost was $2500. So with three different answers about a major part of the vehicle it was obvious for me to take my business elsewhere. How am I supposed to trust that? They did contact me promptly with an apology which I appricated as a customer. But I'll just say to other buyers, use your gut feelings! More
