Do you not have other salespeople on the floor? There were a couple of sets of people waiting to talk to Eli, and I had to wonder what all the other young men standing around the showroom were supposed to be doing. A couple of employees wandered up and down the showroom floor doing little or nothing it seemed to me while Eli met every new customer and was speeding between at least two customers each time we went in. Eli was the only person who would make eye contact with customers. The other men spoke amongst themselves either at the front desk or in the back offices, and none of them approached a customer. At one point when Eli was dealing with my husband and me - a family walked in and the man said loudly, Is there no one here to talk to? Where is everybody? More

Used 2012 Kia Rondo Purchase I found an ad for a 2012 Kia Rondo on kijiji for sale at Kia Hunt Club. I dropped in without calling in advance and was immediately greeted by Tony I found an ad for a 2012 Kia Rondo on kijiji for sale at Kia Hunt Club. I dropped in without calling in advance and was immediately greeted by Tony who showed me the car and indicated that Kia Hunt Club was willing to provide a trade in for my Pontiac Vibe. Both transactions, the purchase of the Rondo and the trade in, were fair. A week later, I returned to Kia Hunt Club to finalize the transactions. I completed payment, picked up the Rondo and dropped off the Vibe. Tony looked after licencing and registration while I awaited in the lounge and enjoyed the complimentary coffee. Overall, I was very pleased with the service and flexibility of the sales team. More
