Eli was also as prompt and always available for all follow-up calls and questions I had. This is also the first dealership to accept my initial price offer so I feel very good about what I paid for my vehicle. Rated five of five in all categories accept "quality of work" as the detailed cleaning promised upon delivery of my pre-owned vehicle was not as "detailed" as it could have been - overall still five stars. No after sale-rude Sales Manager When I bought my new Sportage less than a year ago, the sales person (Imrad) offered two "detailing" (a service they do not have in that dealership). When I bought my new Sportage less than a year ago, the sales person (Imrad) offered two "detailing" (a service they do not have in that dealership). a month ago I took the car in for one of my coupons (a signed card). When I picked up the car 2 hours later, there was still salt on the flooring and dirt on the inside body and chairs. I called and complained, I also wrote an email to the sales man but I was totally ignored. I called Kia Canada and they promised me to followup on this. So in a couple of days the sales manager (Atheera) valled and apologised that he has been busy and it is his fault not to call me earlier. Ok, I took it in again. After 4 hours of waiting, they bring the car at the same quality of cleaning as last time. When I point out the dirt and salt and finger prints on the windows, he points to the shiny wheels!! He took it in fot the 3Rd time and after 20 minutes short of throwing the key at me, he announced the car is ready and walks away..... yes it is still not totally cleaned. I have found the service (oil change, etc.) Acceptable but the sales and after sales is horrendous. The sales manager was disrespectful, and shiwed the lack of respect for the customer once you have purchased ypur vehicle. Very short sighted. More
