We were able to have great conversations about our desires for a particular model and colour of 2016 Kia Sedona that we really wanted to purchase. Although they didn't immediately have the specific vehicle we wanted, Nour was able to reach out and find exactly what we were looking for. He stuck with us as we worked out our final deal, and in the end... he and Atheer offered us a great price for what we were looking at. And although there were some "bumps" in the final delivery of the vehicle (which was outside of the dealership's control) Nour and Mike made it happen for us!
