Trade-in: 2015 Ford Escape for a 2018 Ford F-150 I traded in my 2015 Ford Escape for a 2018 Ford F-150 XLT super crew and have nothing but good things to say about my experience throughout the proces I traded in my 2015 Ford Escape for a 2018 Ford F-150 XLT super crew and have nothing but good things to say about my experience throughout the process. I went into this totally blind (never did a trade in before and was also trading in my first vehicle) and all the staff I had to speak with or deal with were always super helpful and friendly. In my own opinion I was a bit pushy and demanding and always had lots and lots of questions but all the staff I dealt with were super kind, patient and understanding and always made sure to give me the answer/response I was looking for. I also had some extra parts that I purchased for the new vehicle and everything went smoothly in regards to that so it made things less stressful for me in the end. Gani, my sales rep, definitely made this deal very exciting for me and got me pumped for my new truck and made sure that every time we ended a conversation that I was informed and had a smile on my face. I really appreciated his friendliness and reliability. I had many many questions for him and every time i came to him with questions it seemed like he did everything in his power to get me answers as soon as he could and that right there is definitely something you want to have when making a big purchase. I was a lot more comfortable knowing that he was actually working for ME and that my interests, concerns and questions were his priorities. I actually shopped around at other dealerships and found trucks I liked and was considering but decided to stick with Kentwood JUST because of the great service I was receiving from Gani. Can't stress it enough that he was super friendly, helpful and informative, and made sure I was getting everything that I wanted in a truck to the best of his ability while also providing me with all the details that I was looking for. Gani and Bryan also made sure to check in with me after the delivery which was a bonus! It's always nice to know that people you're working with actually give a s**t lol. The only issue I had was I was told that my truck had a 4 inch lift, but later on when I went to confirm that, I was told it was only a 2 inch lift. I also should have asked for the specs earlier so I take a bit of the blame for that misunderstanding. Regardless, I'm still very impressed by his Gani's great customer service and I would highly recommend him for anyone looking to make a purchase through kentwood. After dealing with Gani, my experience with, and impression of Kentwood as a dealership has only improved. For the record, I'm also loving setting off car alarms with my new MBRP exhaust that Bryan hooked me up with!! xP More

Great Help w/ emergency repair I was visiting from out of province when I needed to have my vehicle looked at. Darren was amazing, he got my car looked at and repaired on an exceler I was visiting from out of province when I needed to have my vehicle looked at.
