The manager, John Bennett was extremely professional and listened to me patiently about my concerns. I had no appointment, however John took the time to look at my car window. Rather than trying to quickly deal with me, John took time to explain my options. He stepped up and took ownership of the problem and that is what I liked the most about him. I asked how long he had been working for Ken Shaw and it was well over 15 years. This validated my impression of John, that I was being helped by a very experienced and knowledgeable team member that is committed to good customer service. I got the car window fixed promptly at no additional cost and I could not be happier. This staff commitment to customer satisfaction has been my experience with the Ken Shaw dealership over the last 15 years. I highly recommend this dealership if you are looking for a no nonsense place to repair your toyota. More

I was involved in a car accident that totalled my Corolla. I was very pleased with my Corolla but I told my representative what had happened and needed a replacement. I told him to look for some options for me. When I visited the dealership I was given 3 options one being the Scion IM. It was love at first site! I loved all the features the Scion IM had but I was spoiled with my Corolla's heated seats. I love how peppy my Scion IM is and also enjoying the stereo. Makes my drives so pleasant and happy with the service I received at Ken Shaw Lexus Toyota. More
