We had had poor experiences with dealerships in the past where their reps were ei I visited Ken Shaw Toyota with my mum to look for a new car for her. We had had poor experiences with dealerships in the past where their reps were either too pushy, or borderline disinterested once they realized we weren't searching for a top of the line model. We came in with our guards up, only to soon realize that this dealership was quite different. The whole staff was very courteous, respectful and functioned well as a unit. There were seamless interactions between the different staff that dealt with us, displaying high levels of organization and communication. However the experience was most enhanced by our sales rep Will Erichsen. Will was patient, kind, extremely knowledgeable and overall made our experience the most enjoyable of any other car dealership. He went above and beyond for us throughout the whole experience without ever pushing the sale. Although new(ish) to the Ken Shaw Toyota team, both my mum and I would highly encourage anybody interested in any Toyota vehicle to approach Will specifically... You won't be disappointed! More
