I really enjoyed my salesman Lucas, he went above and beyond. The dealership however was not fair with my trade in value..I put over $25,000.00 maintenance into my 2003 duramax diesel, plus it had an aw beyond. Horrible. I live 11 hours away. I got home and saw the same truck sold for $16,000.00. Book value is $11,000.00..this dealership wouldn't even provide me with 50% off voucher for 1st time oil change at my local dealership, nor returning my phone calls. I'm trying to let them know that my used 2018 chevy trax that I just paid this dealership $24,000.00 for is acually falling apart after driving it for 3 weeks... More

Only took turning his ideas down for a week. I walked in with a list of demands longer than a Walmart receipt, and an attitude that screamed “I don’t want to be here.” Chris met each one of my rejections with a grin that could melt a snowman in July and an unwavering determination to find the perfect car… or truck… or whatever I was feeling in that moment. After rejecting what felt like the entire inventory, and some creative suggestions that Chris thought were the best ideas ever, he FINALLY had an idea he thought would knock my socks off. I thought his grand idea was a rude joke to try get me out of there. I may as well have just become an employee at that point. I can’t believe I was out-charmed by a salesman…Thanks, Chris!
