Daniel was very helpful and knowledgeable. When I had an issue with one of the tires, the dealership replaced the two front tires and offered two more at cost. The dealership also respected all of the Co-v issue with one of the tires, the dealership replaced the two front tires and offered two more at cost. I am a Sales Manager in BC for a global corporation who uses Element Fleet vehicles for all sales reps. I have had three different sales reps of mine complain to me how rude and unprofessional the service uses Element Fleet vehicles for all sales reps. I have had three different sales reps of mine complain to me how rude and unprofessional the service department treated them. I am boycotting this dealership and spreading the word throughout my sales network. If you want to be belittled then go here for your vehicle servicing but our organization will NEVER be using them again. More
