I would never have guessed that I’d be buying a car from a dealer ten hours away in the next province over, sight unseen. Everyone was personable on the phone (Leah made the paperwork process simple, and Trevor was upbeat and helpful) and responsive by texts; Kaelinn made me a personal walkaround video of the car to admire while I awaited the delivery day I had chosen, and went above and beyond to ensure the experience was seamless and I got comfortably transitioned into my new car. Plus they gave me a great desl on my trade. When I am in the market again, I’ll look here first just because I know I will be well taken care of. It was just… really friendly, but still professionally efficient, help without any pressure, just finding out what I wanted and then making it happen.
